As a part of Cornell and CALS, New York State Integrated Pest Management materials should follow those brand guidelines. CALS follows Cornell's guidelines so following CALS guidelines is usually sufficient.

Logos and Type Treatments
⚠️If using the Cornell logo or seal you may want to review the guidelines provided by the Cornell University Brand Center.
NYSIPM Type Treatment vs. Old Logo
As we work on our rebranding effort guidelines may change. At this time, do not use the old NYSIPM logo on new materials. We are using a simple type treatment aligned with the CALS brand guidelines until a new logo is developed.
Centered Type TreatmentIf using in the centered NYSIPM type treatment in conjunction with the Cornell seal the centered logo will look best underneath the Cornell seal with both elements centered. |

Using the NYSIPM type treatment with the Cornell Seal
- The Cornell seal must be above or to the left of the NYSIPM type treatment.
- There should be sufficient space between our type treatment and the logo so that they don't appear to be a "lock-up" or single graphic.
- They should not be placed close together with a line separating the seal and the NYSIPM type treatment. This qualifies as a lock-up.
